Registration Types

 

Full Registration
(member/non member)

Participants will have full access to the conference. Member rate is available to all association members upon submission of a receipt of payment of their membership fees for 2022.

Student Registration

Student registration is available for those studying full time and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to provide a copy of your current student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status.

Industry Registration

Industry rates apply to participants who work for a forprofit company and are funded to attend the meeting by that company. Having different levels of registration rates enables us to keep rates low for students and early-career researchers with limited access to funding.

Terms and Conditions

 

Payment Policy

Payment can only be accepted by Visa or Mastercard.

Should you require payment by bank transfer an additional administration fee of €25 will be charged. Payments are made payable ONLY to Conference Partners. Payment must be received by Conference Partners within two weeks of receipt of your invoice. If payment is NOT received within two weeks of receiving invoice, you may be subject to additional charges.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations are subject to a €25 +VAT administrative fee.

If cancelled before 28th February 2022 – 100% of the Congress fee is refundable.
If cancelled from 1st March to 30th April 2022 – 50% of the registration fee is refundable.
No refunds are payable from 1st May 2022 onwards.

Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the conference you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances.   

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled 90 days prior to booking date – a full refund is applicable. If cancelled after 90 days prior to booking date – cancellation fees will apply.

Changes, Substitutions and Cancellations of Registration:

Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a €25 (+VAT) administrative fee.

Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the SPEC 2022 Organising Team at spec2022@conferencepartners.com

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All applicable refunds will be made after the conference. Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.

Cancellation of the Conference:

In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.

Photography, Audio Recording and Video Recording :

Photography, audio recording and video recording will be taking place at the conference. The release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of this content will be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the conference, its sponsors/exhibitors and its affiliates and representatives. Please notify us if you wish to be removed from any such materials by emailing spec2022@conferencepartners.com
